Vintage Bonders Ruffled Black Victorian Style Rain Coat - S (?) - c measurements

Size tag missing. Fits like a Small or Medium (on the small side of medium) Very good / perfect condition except - not sure if it had a belt. I don't think it did. There are no belt loops. All buttons are intact. Fabric unknown but most likely polyester. Full length coat. This is a vintage Bonders coat with ruffles around the neck and down the front. There is no size tag. It is missing. I tried it on and it fits me perfectly. I am 5'3 and 145lbs. I have measurements included below. This "rain repellent" coat (see label) reminds me of Victorian clothes (as I said in the title) because of the high neck and long sleeves with a full shoulder. The volume of this pretty dress coat is enough to gather with a belt (which it does not have) to give it a very dressy formal look. I have found a few other examples of this coat online and none of them have belts (including the one I have for sale here) except for one - and I'm not sure it it's the original belt. My reason for wondering if there should be a belt is that there are not belt loops. Measurements: Chest across measured flat armpit to armpit is 20" Shoulder to shoulder at front is 14" Length down the back is 43.5" sleeve length is 24" I think this would be a good coat for anyone who is into victorian clothes, Edwardian clothes, steam punk or it is the sort of coat a vampire would wear. Suitable for the opera, broadway shows and would serve you well as a dress coat for many other occasions.
