Vintage Bon Bon Dish Condiment Basket

very pretty footed cutout pattern basket withswing handle, ribbed Androck milk glass bowl,this stands about 3.25 inches tall,and measures about 4.25 inches across,it has a bit of tarnish ,so it will need cleaning, it test negative for silver so im guessing it to be tin or alpacaitdoes have what looks to be a makers mark ,possably DFA but i really can not read it well
