Vintage Boho Brown Reversible Coat/Dress from Pleats Collection by Pings

I bought this very unusual dress in a Vintage Store in Kansas City about 20+ years ago. Is it a coat? A dress? A Long Tunic Top? Great with tights/leggings and a turtleneck, but could work as a light coat or dress. Only worn a few times and ready for a new adventurous dresser. I thought it might be a one of a kind, but upgraded my phone and search found the exact "coat" in a small, NWT on eBay! It calls it a coat. From Pleats Collection by Pings Imports It says it is 100% Polyester and should be hand washed. Very unusual material, almost springy! Lots of stretch, but keeps its shape. See pictures/video. Has collar and 2 lower side slits. Reversible with embroidered pattern on back and one sleeve on one side, other side is plain. No tags. Size M-XL?
