Vintage Blue dress with gold appliqué

*Dress sold as Is* no tags from maker, blue crepe fabric. Side zipper is fully functional. 3/4 sleeve with covered button. Some wear at back of neck (see photos) Make up stain at front of dress at the belly. At back of skirt at the bottom is a tear in fabric. Hem has come loose a bit at back of skirt ( completely reparable) *this dress needs some restoration * Bust measure about 36 inches Waits is approximately 27 inches Length of skirt from Waist is 37 inches
