Vintage Blue and Green Plaid Pencil Skirt

Gorgeous vintage pencil skirt. Blue green plaid. Metal zip, buttoned waist, and lined with a pretty blue material. No clear size tag, but measures about a size 2 or XS. Looks like it’s been previously altered to that size potentially. Some flaws on the inside, including some staining and improperly finished seams. Still in good condition, but has some wear, mostly evident on the inside. Kick pleat in back. Outer seam near pleat has some fraying. I showed a lot of the places of wear in the pictures but there may be more. Measurements taken flat: Waist: 13” Hips: 18.5” Length: 25”
