Vintage Blue Velvet Dress Vintage 1980's navy blue velvet long sleeved maxi dress. Lace collar is removable. Zip closure on the back. Pleated around the waist and at the shoulders. Shoulders are padded. Extra tulle underneath the pleats at the shoulders giving them some extra oomf!! **** There is one, very minor discoloration on the skirt, shown in the last photo) **** Brand- Lang Originals.
