Vintage Blue Stoneware Pitcher Vase Fish Border Beach Coastal‎ Signed Bottom

This pitcher is in good condition. It has a few imperfections in the stone which you can see in the pictures I am pointing to. There is no visible chips or cracks. I do not know the history of this pitcher at all. The bottom on Google lens says it is signed by Marty Rusinski or Ruszkowski. I cannot find anything online with those names or using Martin either. You be the judge of the signature. Not sure if this is a local artist or what not. It is a very nice piece and measures approx 6 inches tall. Sold as is.
