Vintage Blue Ruffle Dress

This is a 1970s vintage blue dress made by Lady Carol Petites of New York. It is a size 8. It has a ruffled design on the neck and sleeve cuffs. It has a ribbon belt tie. There are some stains on the front and back of the skirt (see pictures). The ribbon is also frayed. This has been in storage for a long time. It is in used condition and sold "as is." Bundle to save!
