Vintage Discontinued Saucer Plate by Syracuse China Pattern is Meadow Breeze Made in America
 Produced 1960-1970 
Rim is baby blue with silver bands along outside/inside rim.
  Center of plate is cream with flowers in blue and brown stems Great Replacement Saucer Plate for a chipped or cracked one. Plate measures 6" across
