Vintage capacity woman brand. Color: blue, red, Tan, yellow, white, green. Single point collar, short sleeve, button-down blouse, shirt, top. It is a full front button down with a small V-neck at the neckline. It has a breast pocket. The base color is this baby light blue color tan/yellow and red and blue flowers all over. There are vines and leaves all around the flowers as well. It does have the original shoulder pads that you could sew back in, but they were removed
