Vintage Blue Box Choo Choo Locomotive *does not work

Vintage BLUE BOX CHOO CHOO TRAIN LOCOMOTIVE that should make 4 sounds and moves. The condition is good but it does not work! It also has some stickers peeling, paint rub and scuff marks from usage. It takes 3 (AA) Batteries and measure 9" x 7 1/2" x 5 1/2. Please see all pictures for more details
