Vintage Blue & White child dress by Mimez

Blue/green a-line dress. Vintage - a big delicate and sheer on the top; note the pic of the button. Beautiful details with lace, ruffles, and the floral color. Belt removable. Elastic waist. Can’t find a size but I’d say it’s close to a 7. Measured shoulders and armpit to armpit in pics.
