Vintage Bloodstone Heliotrope Pendant Necklace Quartz Beaded Healing Chalcedony

Ooh, what a lovely piece of Bloodstone and cranberry rose colored quartzite beads. Older style clasp tells me this was made in the 1950's. Handmade - you won't find another one like it. Silver tone beads placed intermittently on one side make this a very interesting and unique piece. Total length of necklace strand is 30". Bloodstone pendant adds approx. 2 1/4" more. Extender chain could easily be added. Bloodstone weighs approx. 20 grams. Lovely cond Bloodstone is a variety of Chalcedony, also known as Heliotrope. The usual coloring of Bloodstone is dark green with red markings on the surface. It has an opaque transparency and is rich in iron.
