Vintage Blenko Floor Vase Pitcher Blue Green Charcoal Glass Mid-Century 1950s

Vintage Blenko floor vase pitcher. Acquired from a private estate collection, this tall art glass vase is a highly collectable design (#976) by Winslow Anderson, Blenko’s design director from 1946 - 1952. The color is known as “charcoal” and has a smoky blue green color with a clear handle. Large size of 18” height and 7.25” diameter base. Weighty feel at 5 lbs. The charcoal #976 style was originally stickered (sticker no longer in tact) and was not signed directly on glass. Great pre-owned condition with light weathering around lip opening (just natural imperfections of hand-blown glass, no sharp chips) and some fogging of glass due to storage, but can be cleaned by new owner.
