The middle pockets are for ammo. This is a lightweight vest. There is no size tag. This would fit Med/Large. Please compare measurements to a favorite jacket for best fit. Chest (underarm to underarm): 22" across the front Waist: 21.5" across the front Length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 24.5" Shoulder to Shoulder: 16.75" Condition: Orange lining has a lot of pilling and there are some marks/stains on the camo side.
