Vintage Black and Red Velvet Gold Trim Maxi Dress Gown and Jacket Bolero S 1970s

Stunning vintage velvet gown and cropped jacket in black and deep burgundy red. ~Vintage item from the early 1970s ~High-quality sumptuous velvet ~Likely made of a polyester/rayon blend Jacket: ~Gold metallic trim on the front and around the cuffs ~Burgundy velvet insert on cuffs and collar ~Mandarin collar ~Fastens at the collar with a single hook and eye ~Fully lined Dress: ~Princess seams on the waist ~21" slit on the front ~Not lined but the underside of the fabric is smooth and satiny ~Zips up the back with a hidden zipper There is a swirl missing from one of the leaves on the front of the jacket (see photos). It may have been intentional since there are no stitch indents/remnants. There is a little discoloration on the inside of the collar. There are a few tiny pinholes near the bottom of the dress, very un-noticeable. There is a 1" rip on the back of the skirt about 2" from the hem (see photos). Otherwise, this outfit is in very good, clean vintage condition. Please view the photos as they are part of the description. Modeled on a size 6 mannequin. Accessories are not included.
