Vintage | Black Velvet Flapper Cloche Hat | O/S

Black velvet hat with wired brim, cute scallop in back, cream satin lining with grosgrain trim. The base/structure is woven. Minor rub spots on velvet and minor weaving sticking out near brim. Overall excellent vintage condition. I don’t know much on her backstory but was told she’s from the 1920s – she most definitely has that Gatsby flapper vibe!
