Vintage Black Velour Mini Sweatshirt Dress Banded Bottom Gold Stud Accents

Very cool vintage velour, gold studded sweatshirt/ shirt dress. Banded bottom along with 3/4 sleeves. Dress is in wonderful worn condition, showing no signs ofwear.
