Vintage Black Nylon Sleeveless Ruffle Belted Flirty Dress EUC This dress is perfect for a hot summer day, it’s light weight and has a cute edged ribbon belt. Ribbon can be tied in the front or back laced thru side belt loops. It is still see-thru can layer on top Of a separately purchased slip dress. Size and care labels have been cut out. There is no closure, it is a pull-over. There is a ruffle lace trim along the bottom and neck openings. Measurements are approximate: Chest: 17" 1” b/h armhole Center Front Length: 37” Waist laid flat not tied 15 1/2” There is extra room to tie the belt.
