Vintage Black Lacquer Jewelry Box

Exquisite Vintage hand painted Black Lacquer Wood Jewelry Box with gold clasp to close. The top features a centralized hand-painted blooming cherry blossom tree with two colorful birds on its branches. The remainder of the box is covered in a fanciful black & gold paper mache pattern. Inside has a red velvet lining and one section lifts out from the other. There is also a mirror on the inside of the top lid.
