Vintage Black Glass & Wire Coal Scuttle Bucket Shaped Ash Tray 4.75"X4"X2.75" This is a very cool example of vintage black glass in this coal scuttle shaped ash tray The body is made of solid black glass & the handle is a sturdy wire Has spots for up to 2 cigarettes at either end & sits on a round pedestal that has a sunburst pattern on the bottom The sturdy wire handle moves easily up & down & appears original to the piece The piece is vintage but I don't know the age Pre-owned, the outside edge of one side is noted to have a series of tiny flea bite chips (see last picture). The inside bottom looks to have a scratch in the glass but it isn't cracked or broken. No other flaws are identified The ashtray measures approx. 4.75" end to end, 4" tall with the handle up & 2.75" side to side. The pedestal base is approx. 2" wide. Use as a ring dish beside the sink or to hold toothpicks on the table...lots of uses along with being an ashtray From a smoke free, pet friendly home
