Vintage 90s Wonderful of California black, floral, eyelet, collared, button down blouse. Flower appliques & eyelet lace down the front of the blouse. Lightweight, semi sheer fabric; gathered at shoulders and at the yoke on the back. Condition: There are some loose threads on the flower appliques and on some of the embroidered eyelets.
