Vintage Black Floral Dress

Vintage - Late 1980s black and pink floral dress with elastic belt and shoulder pads still intact. Size 10P (but a snug 10 at waist, see measurements) In excellent condition. Metal part of belt has some minor scratches (see pic) 18.5" pit to pit, 14.5" waist (no elastic) 39"full length.
