Vintage Black Felt Cap with Long Felt Ribbons Strands

Vintage black wool felt, cap with 12” long felt tassel. There is a small flaw/ mark on the side of the cap (please review pic). The ribbon strands move around & could easily cover it. The size reads 22 but might run small (review measurements) There is a green stamp on the base of the cap that is faded & reads; M SCHOENTHAL, INC Distributors, 100% Wool New York.
