Vintage Black Cameo Brooch Victorian Revival Mourning Pin Gothic 1950s Carved

A lovely, large sized cameo brooch done in the Victorian Revival style and made to look like jet, made circa 1950s out of a resin material that is likely lucite (tests negative for Bakelite). Measures 3" across, good condition with some light wear and rust spots on the simple "c" catch closure on the back, does not affect wear. There is some residue around the setting that appears to be glue from a previous repair.
