Vintage Black Brass Bud Vase with Yellow Flowers

Material: Solid brass with a black enamel or lacquer finish and etched designs. Design: Features traditional floral and banded motifs, hand-etched to show the gold-tone brass beneath. The yellow flowers appear to be hand-painted accents. Measures approx. 6 inches. On bottom shows it was made in India with initals DB carved into it. Tag shows company is ugi.
