Vintage Bill Blass Evening Dress

ADORABLE Vintage Bill Blass Evening dress. White lace with black polka-dot top and white lace arm detail. This dress is soooo cute! I can't zip it up on me or I'd keep it! 🤩 Fully lined. Half back zip. Bows snap closed. Clasp at top of zipper and another at the neckline as well. (see pics) **Two small discolorations on back, barely noticeable and I haven't tried to clean or treat them. I just like to mention any flaws whatsoever! (see pics) Size 6 on tag but runs small for a 6, as formalwear often does, so see measurements below. No stretch really in this dress. .
