Velvet bodice with substantial weight silk satin structured skirt. Skirt is gathered with small inverted pleats.Featuring a platter style large ruffled collar, very small shoulder pads, waist hook/eye ribbon fastener, zips up back. Long sleeves with velvet covered buttons that fasten with loops. No fabric tags but skirt and all lining feel like silk, velvet could possible be silk or a blend. Union made tag.
