Vintage Bib Necklace - Etched Gilt Metal w/ Beads - Statement Collar Fish Scale

This vintage multilayer necklace is just … fabulous! 🤩 So much movement & shimmer! Really picks up the light, and ATTENTION, in the room. Big bib tumbles down in gilded etched unknown metal links. Are they stamped aluminum??? Lightweight. Black faceted beads hang from the beautifully detailed fish scale-like links. Esti 12.5”L at the absolute longest point, meaning from bottommost bead in center to the uppermost ball at the end of the longest length chain. Is about 5.5” wide at center of bib. There's a fishhook clasp to hook along the extension chain to wear this closer to the neck or drape it longer. Unmarked, but according to some others, possibly German? Similar to aluminum jewelry made c1950s/60s. CONDITION: great vintage condition! ✍️ *Important!* See pix where I’m pointing with the pen? Necklace is missing 2 small connector loops. Those pesky round tiny loops that often fall off of jewelry. Should be a very easy jewelry finding to come across… If not, most definitely an easy fix for a jeweler. Literally missing 2 tiny goldtone loops. (Each loop holds one piece to two identical pieces above it; it’s how the “bib” is built). You’ll always find imperfections & wear with vintage pieces.
