Vintage Women's Biak Hat The hat is a Cocktail Hat or perhaps Juliet Cap style. The hat is black in color. The exterior material is soft and feels felt-like. The hat is stiff enough that it holds its shape. As can be seen in some of the photos of the hat's profile, it has a bit of an angled brim on the front side of the hat. The front of the hat including the slight brim is decorated by rhinestones, as well as faux pearls and small decorative black metal bars threaded together. The hat is branded as 'Biak Body Made in Italy'. The hat is gently used with no fraying or signs of wear. It has been stored in a large hat box in the dark of the top of a closet.
