Betsey Johnson Size 8 Dress - borderline vintage! Black on top with a pink skirt with embroidered stars and a ribbon belt. A delightful dress! There are stains on the dress that are shown in the photos. I don't know what they are, as the dress had been in a plastic cover in a closet for several years.
