Vintage 90s Betsey Johnson New York Red Mini Dress with Lace details Floral print Size 4 Excellent condition for age, it appears that the bottom of the zip detached from the dress and the previous owner attached it back on, it’s a little messy but you could easily redo it, I’ve also worn it as is and didn’t notice it. No fabric tag but I found another listing where the fabric tag read 100% cotton
