This smocked waist dress with button detail on front is the upgraded version of her “cup of coffee” dress. Circa ~2004/2005 Slide in with the side zip and flirt away with the ruffled underskirt detailing. This deep burgundy is almost and brown and perfect for any season. Pair it up with some of my other Betsey items! Note this sale is only for the dress. Excellent condition. No snags/rips. Dress loops in tact. Measurements shown, 40” length.
