Vintage Betsey Johnson Alley Cat Maxi Dress Saks Fifth Avenue The Young Circle S 13/14 This is just an amazing piece of designer 1960-1970 art work clothing. The maxi dress is from our large collection of women's vintage clothing. Signature Betsey Johnson. Wonderful clothing labels sewn in. Measurements: 48" Long Chest 18 1/2" Shoulder to wrist 25" Please note the yellow pipping around wrist and hip line. 1" Exquisite red ribbon on one side.....black ribbon on the other with fabulous frogs, mushrooms, chicks. There are 28 black plastic buttons down the front of the dress that are 1/8" each and all button holes are individually hand stitched in red. The Bodice 22 1/2" from neckline to the peak. Great black and red horizontal lines below the hip about 26" long from the peak gathered around the hip. Hand sewn hem about 1". Elegant and charming. Excellent Condition. Classic, timeless piece.
