Vintage Bergdorf free spirit top

This gem is from the 1970s or early 80s, and is an amazing style statement! The top buttons half way down with elastic loops (some elastic is a little stretched out), and the top half is smocked with stretchy gathers, emphasizing the fabric’s flowiness. GREAT for music festivals, the fair, the beach, a rendezvous under the bleachers… or whatever you get into this summer! Appropriate measurements include: Free bust line, but measured without stretching at 23”. Front from neckline is 25.5”. Back from neckline is 28” to hem. Sleeves are 23.5”. No size is listed, but it’s approximately a medium/large. Note some very light staining at armpits and on back of sleeve opening (both shown in photos). Happy to answer questions and consider offers!
