Looks Green in full sunlight (first few pics), in overcast lighting looks bluish green (photos on wood railing/measurements) Art deco style probably made in 1970s. It is heavy for its size Back corner has small chip as shown in last photo, not visible from front. Non-smoking home. About 38" long from end to end, adjustable hook buckle.
