Upcycled Vintage Belt Buckle and Rhinestone Clip-On Earring On Suede Base I used a vintage Suede belt buckle, made in USA, a vintage, mismatched blue rhinestone clip-on earring and black suede to create this beautiful belt buckle. The colors on the rhinestones sparkle beautifully and completely make this piece stand out! Belt is not included!
