Vintage Beautiful De-Laru Bright Blue Prom/Formal Dress from 2000 - Size 3/4

Vintage Beautiful De-Laru by Sheila Yen Bright Blue Prom/Formal Dress - Size 3/4 This is a beautiful bright blue Prom/Formal dress that has only been worn once by my daughter to Prom 2000. It is strapless, of satin-looking material with silver tubular trim around the top of the dress, but it looks like some of the silver is gone from inside the tubes. It zips up the back and has a tulle petticoat to give it fullness. It also comes with a matching drape for covering over the shoulders. It is a De-Laru by Sheila Yen dress. It has been in a plastic dress covering, but MAY NEED TO BE CLEANED because it has been sitting in my closet for years. PLEASE NOTE: I tried to take a picture showing the tube trim with some of the silver gone so you could see it up close.
