It can either be fixed, or worn the way it is. 100% shell, 100% polyester lining. **Measurements are approximate, and are by hand. All measurements are laying flat, unless otherwise specified** **this item HAS been used! Expect signs of wear, and pilling. Some pilling is better than others!
