This Vintage 1998 Winter Splendor Barbie is made by Mattel Exclusively for Avon as a Special Edition. F110771 Barbie has never been removed from the original box. Barbie comes dressed in a red satin and black velvet ball gown with matching black velvet gloves. The stand to hold her is included in the box. The box is not in perfect condition.
