Vintage Bangle Watch

Bad news first: the watch doesn't work and have no info about repair costs. Good news: this lovely and unique vintage watch from the 1960s works well as a charming bracelet and conversation piece. Pastel flowers appear to be hand-painted on white background with gold-tone edging. Bracelet slips on with both ends snapping back. Size is best for a medium or small wrist. Despite not functioning, the bracelet itself is in great condition.
