I brought this skirt in the mid 1980s from the safari adventure themed catalogue of the day. It’s in great condition. I’m a size 8 but it no longer clears my hips, I think the sizes ran somewhat smaller then. I’d say it fits more like a 6. I had fallen in love with the catalog ‘s back story of the skirt and the blouse I wore with it, something about riding the midnight train to Mombasa. I actually made that trip over 20 years later with 3 of my 8 kids. Regrettably my hips had expanded by that time. Wear this skirt for the adventurer in you!
