The item in the image is a vintage red Bakelite Scotty Dog pencil sharpener, likely from the 1930s or 1940s. Bakelite is an early form of plastic, and these sharpeners are now considered collectible items. Measurements are shown in photographs. Item comes from my smoke free and pet free home. Nice collectible item ask any questions. Very nice shape small little chip in plastic as seen in photograph.
