Vintage b.t. kids smocked toddler dress in light blue with tiny floral print. This classic 2002 design features a Peter Pan collar and piped armholes, a fully smocked front bodice with embroidered detail, and a full gathered skirt with a self-tie bow in back. The dress has button back closure and a built-in petticoat layer with tulle for gentle volume. Made in the Philippines. Fabric content: body 100% cotton; skirt lining 65% polyester / 35% cotton; petticoat 100% nylon.
