Vintage BOMA Indigenous Inuit Seal Hunter Figurine Vancouver Canada

Excellent pre-vintage condition This BOMA soapstone like figurine is of an indigenous seal hunter carrying a seal on his back. The Hunter is bundled up in traditional clothing, such as perhaps a caribou, parka pants and warm boots. He knows the seal will be put to good use as every part will be used by his family and tribe. Figure is approximately 4 1/2 inches tall and approximately 2 1/4 inches wide. This is a great addition to a collection or if it’s your first piece it can blend with any decor while reminding you that the indigenous people revere nature to the utmost. NC1
