Fabulous, “BILA” of California, 100% rayon, Sz.small vintage jumper.Waistline ,flat side to side without the back tie tied is about 19 1/2 inches.Has 4 buttons down the front to the waist line. Pit to pit across the front lying flat is 19 inches.Two pockets with lace lining at the top. Black lace shoulders. 35 1/2 inch leg. Legs are gathered with elastic at the bottom.All in very good gently worn vintage condition. No holes no tears no stains. A classic vintage 90s California Valley piece of clothing!
