Vintage Azar Large Blue Rafia Sewing Basket With Adjustable Handles Picnic Style

This is such a beautiful vintage large sewing/quilting basket. This lovely sewing/quilting basket is in excellent condition for it's vintage age. it is composed of stable wood covered with lovely blue tone patterned fabric on the exterior and medium blue colored satin on the interior. The lid is covered in a blue fabric with a cute image of a little girl in a straw hat feeding ducks with a burnt rose pattered boarder. Rofia twine is sewed around as boarder and it has a durable clear plastic removeable tray with compartments, wooden bottom with normal vintage wear and 4 durable plastic nobs to protect furniture and floors and metal hinges . The rofia twine covered handles are moveable. There is a very handy pin cushion and complete pocket attached to the interior lid. This beautiful vintage sewing/quilting basket measures 8 ins. tall with lid x 14-1/4 ins. long x 9-3/4 ins. across). This beautiful sewing/quilting basket will do well for those sewing or quilting circles, very nice for a cherished vintage gift, will enhance a country or farmhouse decor, use to accent with. The decision is for you and your imagination. It is in good vintage condition. There is a portion of the satin lining that has had with something spilled on it or it has been slightly melted. There isnt a hole, but the fabric is stiff.
