Vintage Avon DEAR Bow medallion rhinestone brooch

Victorian Style gold tone brooch has four jewel tone rhinestones and pretty scroll pattern. This was my mothers. She sold Avon in 1980's so it's well over 30 yrs old. The medallion is a little larger than a quarter and then the bow adds to the size. About 1 &1/2 by 1 inch in size.
