I do not know too much about this or what it is to be honest. it was in with the rest of the furs which were all scarfs or covers. The back has one safety pin and i had someone tell me they think it’s a cover to pin on a jacket or shirt. If anyone knows what this is actually used for feel free to let me know 😄 Very pretty with 4 faux glitter buttons on each end Added pic of it next to one of the scarfs for comparison Basing price on suggested price since i am unsure

lisaamussi it seems to me that it would have been a breast plate for maybe a costume of some sort but I don't know I just gave you what I thought
