Vintage Austrian porcelain serving plate

Think lovely piece is from Austria and features a floral design and some gilt on open work areas and around the edge. Measures 10" in diameter. There is some minor crazing on the bottom of the plate and what appears to be a scorch mark on the base. No chips or cracks.
